OneHope NEO Food Deliveries Program

Apply to recieve monthly deliveries.

OneHope NEO wants to supply food to individuals who are homebound, mentally ill, or elderly that cannot leave their home and are in need of food in Cleveland’s westside neighborhoods of Clark-Fulton, Brooklyn Centre, and Stockyards.

Block club and community leaders can submit requests on behalf of individuals that are in need of food in their community.

Monthly, OneHope NEO volunteers deliver food to block club and community leaders’ homes for them to deliver it to their neighbors in need.

If you’re a block club or community leader who knows individuals that could use this service, fill out this form! If you’re not a block club or community leader, but know someone that needs support, let us know.

Individuals requesting food deliveries should meet the following requirements:

  • Family makes less than $25,000/annually (less than $30,000 for a family of more than 6 people)

  • Head of household is unable to leave the home

  • Other food services and providers are not readily available to the individual

  • Live in Clark-Fulton, Brooklyn Centre, Stockyards communities
